Alessandro Fo – Good Mo(u)rning, Italy
Dear friends of Radio B39, I’m back, at last, with my podcast «Good Mo(u)rning, Italy», during whose second episode, I’ll have as a welcome guest a highly-esteemed compatriot of mine: I mean Alessandro Fo, who teaches in my homeland and currently is a professor of Latin literature at a University based in the town of Siena. What’s more, besides being regarded by the critics as a poet of great skilfulness, he has written several books: among them there are two verse collections, which were issued in the recent past by the distinguished Italian publishing house Einaudi, whose headquarters are in Turin.
Since I was longing to chat with him, I called his mobile phone to ask him a few questions. The result was the brief interview that I’ll transmit for you on 18th June, after you have clicked, at seven o’clock a.m.(Hong Kong Time), on the donkey with the mike (or perhaps on the guy with the glasses: it’s the same, I’m afraid).
