Good Mo(u)rning, Italy
Dear readers of «Beyond Thirty-Nine», as you know I’m an Italian writer. But above all I’ll be, from now on, the host and producer of a new podcast which will be transmitted by Radio B39 and which I decided to call «Good Mo(u)rning, Italy ». Don’t worry: I can assure you that you’ll understand very soon why I chose, as a title, such a gloomy play on words.
Meanwhile I must confess to you that the programme in point will provide a fine opportunity for me to talk about my wretched homeland with distinguished interlocutors. I mean some highly-esteemed men or women of letters, born in my country and currently living there or abroad.
However they’ll be my welcome guests beginning only from the second episode, because during the first I’ll spend my time, and yours, briefly describing the present plight of Italy and declaiming a short prose work in which Giuseppe Prezzolini, who was a famous journalist, depicts the main feature of my compatriots’ nature. To learn how they really are (courageous? Honest? Generous?) don’t miss «Good Mo(u)rning, Italy » every Thursday and, at seven o’clock a.m., click on the donkey! (HKTime and CETime)
